Refund & Cancellation Policy



● Refund Policy (Duration and mode)

In any case, cancellation will not be allowed once paid except in few cases such as

1. Payment be deducted double or different from the agreed amount.

2. If it shows transaction declined and money deduct.

3. Not received the Confirmation of purchase but money was debited from the user’s account.


In such cases user must have to send the refund request to “Wibrate” via email/call; upon confirmation, we will refund the money in 15 business days.

For the better convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent to the user via e-mail immediately after they are processed.

● Cancel and Return Policy (With duration)

We do not provide Cancellation and return policy on wibrate.

● Ship and Delivery Policy (with duration)

On Wibrate, we are not selling any type of goods/product, Ship and delivery policy is not applicable here. We are promoting offers and deals only which user have to redeem online/offline.
