Cancellation/Refund Policy

Except as expressly defined herein, all sales are final and there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges permitted.
Wibrate is not responsible for the refund and returns of any gift card purchased from merchants.
Your only recourse for refunds, returns and exchanges is with the merchant.

Cancellation of Order by Customer

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Before making the final purchase, we encourage the Buyer to review all the gift card details and company details along with the product/service its offering.

Refund/return Policy for Gift Card/ E gift card purchased on Wibrate

Gift card once bought won’t be exchanged or returned at any circumstance.

Cancel/refund request will only be considered if incase of any system issue gift card you received is without coupon code.

The return or replacement of any gift card delivered by the partner brands would be according to the terms and conditions of the particular brand.

Refund against purchases made using gift cards

Wibrate act as mediator and is not liable for any product/service of merchants. No refund request will accepted for any unsatisfactory product/service delivered by any merchant.

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity.

In the event of detecting any suspicious activity Wibrate reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability.

Wibrate also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of gift card on the website/application and stock unavailability.

If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account.

The transaction may be considered fraudulent for the following scenarios:

  • Customer fails to produce adequate details during the payment details verification.
  • Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
  • The customer uses invalid email and phone number.
  • Overuse of a voucher code.
  • On request, customer is not able to prove the ownership of the Gift Card or Voucher.

The conditions for cancel requests will only be considered if the above is met

Wibrate will not refund any amount after customer receives the gift card confirmation email.

Wibrate will refund the entire amount in case of order cannot be confirmed due to unforeseen circumstances.

It is important for you to note, that any refund applicable based on the causes mentioned above, valid value will only be made through a wallet. Any request to make the refund through other modes including cash payouts, bank transfers, will be considered invalid and will not be entertained.
